See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 c Unsweetened strawberries, 1/2 c Skim milk
-fresh or frozen; hulled 1/4 c Rice bran
2 Bananas; sliced 3 tb Lemon juice
8 oz Low-fat vanilla yogurt 1 tb To 2 tb honey
Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4
hours or overnight. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process
until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

55mg; cholesterol: 3mg.
