Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 Strawberry;fresh hulled;pint 2 dr Lemon Juice
1/2 c Sugar 1 c Cream;whipping
Puree strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in food processor fitted
with steel blade.
Whip cream till it holds stiff peaks; stir the puree into it till
the mixture is smooth. Adjust for sweetness, if desired.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
