Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

16 oz Frozen unsweetened 2 tb Frozen orange juice
-strawberries -concentrate
1/2 c Plain non-fat yogurt 2 tb Liquid (orange juice, rum
2 tb Honey -or water)

Put all in a food processor or a powerful blender; puree. Serve
immediately or store in freezer (if frozen hard, put in refrigerator
30 minutes to soften).

Per half-cup: 40 milligrams vitamin C, 78 calories, 2 grams protein,
16 grams carbohydrates, 2 grams fiber, 0.1 grams fat, 17 milligrams
