Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
------------------STRAWBERRY SPINACH TOSS-----------------------
5 c Spinach; torn in bite-size 1/3 c Broken pecans; toasted
-pieces 1/3 c Gouda or Edam; cut in
1 c Sliced strawberries -julienne strips; about 2 oz
1 c Honeydew melon balls
-------------------GINGER-HONEY DRESSING------------------------
2 tb Lime juice 1/2 ts Grated ginger OR
2 tb Honey 1/4 ts Ground ginger
1 tb Vegetable oil
Toss all salad ingredients.
Shake all dressing ingredients in tightly covered container. Yields 5
tablespoons dressing.
