2 lb Beef round steak (1 inch 2 ea Ribs Celery, chopped
-thick) 1 cn Tomatoes with liquid, cut
3 T All-purpose flour -up (16 oz.)
1/2 t Salt 2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t Pepper 1/4 t Dried oregano
2 T Cooking oil Hot cooked noodles
2 md Onions, sliced -(optional)
Cut meat into serving size pieces and dredge in flour. Sprinkle with
salt and pepper. In a skillet or Dutch oven, brown meat on both sides
in oil. Top with onions and celery. Combine tomatoes, Worcestershire
sauce and oregano; spoon over vegetables. Cover and simmer 1 1/2-2
hours or until meat is tender. Serve over noodles if desired. Serves
