Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Head cabbage
1 lg Carrot
Mayonnaise
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Cider vinegar
2 tb Heavy cream
1 ts Celery seed
1 ts Seasoned salt
1 ts Black pepper
Chop the cabbage. Shred the carrot. Mix with all ingredients except
mayonnaise in large bowl. Add mayonnaise to desired consistency.
Usually in the neighborhood of 3/4 to 1 cup. Refrigerate for at least
1 hour. It'll collapse significantly.
