Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb tofu
5 carrots -- grated (5 to 6)
1 onion -- chopped
1/4 c bread crumbs
4 oz cream cheese
: Salt
: Pepper
1 c chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients,
except 1/2 cup of parsley, and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf
pan. Sprinkle remaining parsley on top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes,
until firm ..
