Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

TROPICAL CHICKEN SALAD -chunks; Save shell
====================== 1 c Seedless Grapes
[Serves 4 to 6] 1 c Celery; chopped
4 c Chicken; cut up (you can 3/4 c Passover Mayonnaise
-use leftover turkey) 3-4 tb Lemon Juice
2 lg Oranges; peeled; sectioned; 1/2 ts Salt
-(don't save juice) 1/2-3/4 c Cashews
1 1/2 c Fresh Pineapple; cut into

In a large bowl, combine chicken, fruit and celery. Mix well. Cover
and chill. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except
the nuts. Cover and chill. Just before serving, combine the chicken
mixture with the dressing and nuts. Serve in hollowed out pineapple
shells (easy clean up) or on lettuce. From An Article: Matzoh Free
