4 lg Tomatoes - cut horizontally 2 Green onions (with tops)
Into halves Sliced thinly
1/2 c Bisquick mix 1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli,
1/2 c Shredded Swiss cheese Thawed and drained well
1/4 c Mayo 6 1/2 oz Can tuna, drained
2 lg Eggs
Preheat oven to 400.
Spray 9 x 9 inch pan with non stick vegetable oil. Place the
tomatoes cut side up in the pan.
Mix remaining ingredients. Spread that mixture evenly on the cut
side of each tomato half.
Bake uncovered until topping is puffed and golden brown. About 20
minutes.
