------------------------INGREDIENTS-----------------------------
1/8 c Hoisin sauce 1 t Sugar
1 t Sesame oil 2 ea Cloves garlic, minced
4 ea Tuna steaks or fillets 1 c Snow peas, trimmed
-------------------------DIRECTIONS------------------------------
To make sauce, combine first four ingredients in a small saucepan and
simmer over low heat for a couple of minutes. To barbecue tuna, brush
steaks with sauce and place on greased grill over hot coals. Cook
tuna 4 to 5 minutes, brush steaks with sauce and turn. Continue
grilling 2 to 3 minutes or until fish separates easily when tested
with a fork. Tuna is done, as is roasted beef, when it's slightly
pink in the centre. Place on individual plates, with snow peas for
garnish.
