Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 sl Bread -- white sliced 1/8 ts Caraway seed
1 ts Mustard 1/2 c Sauerkraut
2 oz Cooked turkey breast meat -- 1 sl Swiss cheese
Sliced thinly 1 md Pepper -- rings optional
Place the toast on an ungreased baking sheet; spread the top with
mustard.. Arrange turkey over mustard. Sprinkle with caraway seed;
top with the sauerkraut and cheese. Broil about 4 in. from the heat
for 3 min. or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Top with
pepper rings if desired. Yield: 1 serving.
