1 lb Turkey breast tenderloin, Salt, to taste
-boneless and skinless Ground pepper, to taste
1 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 sm Lemons or limes
1 ts Curry powder Mango chutney, Optional
1/2 ts Cumin, ground
Brush turkey breast tenderloins on both sides with oil and rub with
seasonings. Squeeze lemon (or lime) over turkey; set aside. Prepare
outdoor grill for cooking or pre-heat broiler. Grill or broil
tenderloins 5 to 6 inches from heat source 5 to 8 minutes on each
side until cooked through. Serve with mango chutney, if desired.
