See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/4 c Water 2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Bulgur wheat 1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Chopped veggies Freshly ground black pepper
-- (carrots, celery, Fresh or dried herbs
-- zucchini, mushrooms, Garlic powder (if desired)
-- cabbage, or whatever) 1/2 ts Non-alum baking powder
1/2 c Chopped onion 3/4 c Chickpea flour
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add bulgur, chopped
onion, and vegetables to saucepan; stir mixture and cover. Simmer
until water is absorbed, about 10 minutes. Mix in remaining
ingredients. Let stand a few minutes if mixture is not thick enough
to form into patties. Shape into small rounds or oblong patties and
cook over moderately low heat on oiled griddle or skillet until
lightly browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
