1 Onion; chopped
1 Carrot; chopped
1 Salt
2 Cornstarch
14 Chicken stock
1 Soy sauce
14 Cooking oil
2 Rice wine
Recipe by: Nila Sweeney Preparation Time: 0:35 1. Soak livers
gizzards in mixture of cornstach, wine and soy. Let stand 15min.
2. Fry onion and vegetables in oil with 1 tsb salt. Cook for 5min.

vegetables.
4. Add cornstarch mix and stock and finish cooking (about 10-15min)
