Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lg Tomatoes 1/2 c Frozen peas -- thawed
8 oz Potatoes -- cooked 1/2 ts Salt
Peeled 1/2 ts Sugar
2 tb Oil 2 tb White vinegar
1/2 c Onion -- chopped 3 tb Bacon -- cooked crumbled

Core and cut tomatoes into 3/4" cubes; place in large bowl. Cut
potatoes into 3/4" cubes; add to tomatoes. In medium skillet heat
oil until hot. Add onion; saute about 5 minutes. Stir in peas, salt,
sugar and vinegar; pour over tomato mixture, tossing gently.
Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.
