Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 sm Bunch watercress
-- washed and trimmed
1 lg Peach; skinned and stoned
40 g Raisins
1 md Crisp lettuce; trimmed,
-- washed and shredded
A few radicchio leaves
-- torn into small pieces
3 tb Orange vinaigrette
Chop the watercress and cut the peaches into small cubes. Combine all
the ingredients and dress in the orange vinaigrette.
