Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Watermelon Juice (see note)
1 Lime (Juice of one lime)
Sugar to taste
Note to make Juice: Take one fourth of a good sized watermelon,
remove all seeds and skin. Pound flesh or press through a food mill
to remove the juice. (this should make about 3 cups of juice)
Add the juice of one lime, sugar to taste.
Put a cube of watermelon and a slice of lime in each of four tall
glasses. Add ice cubes, and pour watermelon juice mixture over ice.
