1 lb Plus 14oz pared Idaho 1 1/2 ts Tomato paste
-potatoes, cut into 1/2 1 1/2 ts Cider vinegar
-inch strips 1 1/2 ts Chili powder
1 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt
Preheat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with foil; spray with nonstick
cooking spray.
In medium bowl, combine potatoes, oil, tomato paste, vinegar, chili
powder and salt; toss well to thoroughly coat. With slotted spoon,
arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake
until cooked through, 15-20 mins.
