1 oz Parmesan/Romano cheese --

1 ts Olive oil
Dough or pizza shell
1/2 ts Oregano
4 oz Cheddar or swiss cheese --
Grtd
Red hot pepper -- to taste
4 oz Mozzerella cheese -- grtd
Ssaute garlic in butter until light brown. Spray bottom of pizza pan
or cookie sheet w/non-stick oil; knead dough to fit, or place shell...
Sprinkle cheese on top; drizzle w/olive oil, sprinkle oregano red
pepper (if desired) on top. Bake #425 until golden brown.
