2 1/2 c Self rising flour -Bread Mix
1/2 c Whole wheat flour 12 oz Can beer -OR-
3 tb Sugar 12 oz Bottle unflavored seltzer
-BREAD: 1/2 c Butter, melted

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread: Preheat oven to 375. Combine bread mix and
beer. Blend together using a wooden spoon. The batter will be lumpy.
Pour into a greased loaf pan. pour 1/3 of the butter over top. Bake40
