Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Butter 1/4 ts Sugar
8 c Iceberg lettuce 1/4 ts Pepper
-thinly sliced 2 c Green peas
1/2 ts Sugar -fresh or frozen
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add lettuce
and cook for 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently.
Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients; cook for 2 minutes and serve.
