1 1/4 lb Boneless chicken parts 1/2 ts Celery salt
2 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 c Dry white wine 1/4 ts Dried thyme
1 tb Plus 1 tsp minced onion flak 1/4 ts Dried marjoram
1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Dried rosemary
Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients
and pour over chicken. Marinate several hours. Preheat oven to 350.
Bake, uncovered, one hour, basting frequently.

chol., 238 calories.
