Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c Oil 1 ts Coriander
4 md Onions, halved lengthwise 1/2 ts Allspice
-and sliced crosswise Salt to taste
4 cl Garlic, minced Freshly ground black pepper
3 lb Beef, in thin, 1-inch strips -to taste
2 c Beef broth 1 1/2 c Couscous, cooked according
1 ts Oregano -to package directions
1 ts Cumin

In a medium skillet, heat the oil, and saute the onion and garlic
until the onion is translucent. Add the beef, and saute the meat,
stirring it often, just to brown the strips on all sides. Stir in the
broth, oregano, cumin, coriander, allspice, salt, and pepper, and
cook the mixture a few minutes longer. Serve the meat mixture, over
the hot couscous.
