See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 c Cooked lentils 1/4 c Lemon juice
1 1/2 c Peeled, seeded, chopped 1 tb Olive oil
Tomatoes 1 ts Salt
1 c Chopped parsley 1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Diced celery 1/8 ts Each garlic powder cumin
1/2 c Chopped green pepper Lettuce leaves
1/2 c Chopped red onion Mint leaves (optional)
1/4 c Chopped mint
1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except lettuce and
mint leaves, mixing thoroughly. Chill.
2. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
3. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
