2/3 c Vinegar, wine 1 lb Mushrooms, fresh; cleaned
2 tb Sugar -and stemmed
1 tb Soy sauce Carrot curls
1/4 ts Salt Parsley
Combine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and salt. Pour over mushrooms;
marinate about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from
marinade, and drain on paper towels. Before serving, garnish with
carrot curls and parsley.
