See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
3 ea Eggs -- beaten Tabespoon-size pieces
2 c Sugar 3/4 cn Lemon juice -- fresh
1/2 lb Butter -- cut into Grated peel of 1 lemon
In the top of a double boiler, combine all ingredients. Cook and stir
over boiling water until thickened like pudding. Remove from heat and
cool. Chill until ready to serve. Spread on muffins or rolls or serve
over waffles or ice cream. Keep well in the refrigerator up to 2
weeks. Yield: 3 cups.
