1 c SALAD OIL 1 ts CINNAMON
2 c GROUND ZUCCHINI (UNPEELED) 1/4 ts BAKING POWDER
2 c FLOUR
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL WELL BLENDED. PRESS EVENLY
INTO A JELLY ROLL PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
