Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Zucchini; grated
1 lb Turkey; ground
1 md Onion; chopped
1/2 c Combined red and green peppe
2 c Bread crumbs
1 Egg white
1 cn Tomato paste; (6 oz)
1 tb Parsley
1 ts Tarragon
1 tb Basil
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 c Cheddar cheese; grated
Recipe by: Complete Taste Of Life Preparation Time: 0:30 Preheat oven
at 350. Prepare loaf pan with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl,
combine zucchini, turkey, onion, peppers, bread crumbs, egg white,
tomato paste, parsley, tarragon, basil, and black pepper. Press
mixture into prepared pan and cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
Sprinkle cheese over the top. Return to oven and bake another 10
minutes.
