2 ea Tb vinegar 1 t Dijon Mustard
1 ea Tb Worcestershire sauce 2 t Garlic powder
1/4 c Fresh lemon juice Saute onion in pan sprayed
2 ea Tb brown rice syrup -with Pam.
1 c No salt added ketchup

Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Use for barbecued
