Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Canned tomatoes -- crushed 2 c Milk
1/2 ts Baking soda 2 tb Butter or margarine
In a large heavy saucepan, heat tomatoes until boiling. Remove from
heat: add remaining ingredients. Return to heat and cook on medium
until butter is melted and the soup is heated through. Yield: 3-4
servings (1 qt.)
