6 Peppers, cut in 1 c Rice, cooked
-half 1 c Corn, cooked
-STUFFING: -Salt and pepper to taste
1 cn Corn beef hash -Chopped onions may be
1 cn Spam, ground -added
Remove seeds. Place in cold water with a little salt. Bring to boil;
drain and cool in cold water. Add 6 homemade biscuits. Add enough
canned tomatoes to thin as desired. Stuff peppers. Place a teaspoon
of butter or margarine on top of each pepper. Bake at 400 degrees
until brown. May be cooked at a lower temperature for longer time.
