1 lb Shrimp or crawfish (raw, 2 Stems celery
-peeled) 1 sm Bell pepper
1 cn Creamed yellow corn 1 md White or yellow onion
1 cn Whole kernel white corn -Garlic powder
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup -Cayenne pepper
1 sm Potato -Salt
4 oz Heavy cream -ot sauce (Tabasco)
12 oz Whole milk -Parsley
1 Stick butter or oleo
Chop celery, onion, and bell pepper fine. Saute seasonings in butter
until soft and onions are clear. Add peeled, diced potato and raw
seafood. Saute 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and seasonings
to taste. Simmer on low- medium to medium heat, approximately 1/2
hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with Parmesan Bread.
