Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb Chuck 1 ea Calf's Foot; cut up
1/2 lb Chick peas; dry 2 ea Onions; chopped
3 ea Garlic Cloves; chopped 1 ts Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste 6 ea Eggs

DIRECTIONS: Place all the ingredients except the eggs in a large
casserole or heavy pot. Wash the eggs, leaving on the shells, and
place them carefully on the other ingredients. Cover with water to
the top. Cover the casserole or pot tightly, first with a piece of
foil and then with a pot cover. Bake overnight or all day in a 250F
oven. Eggs will be browned but not hard.

SERVES 6.
