2 tb White vinegar 1/2 ts Ginger, grated
1 1/2 tb Soy sauce 1 tb Cilantro, chopped
1 tb Plus 1 ts sugar A few drops
1 1/2 ts Asian sesame oil -of hot chile oil
This all-purpose dressing is ideal for leafy greens, steamed
vegetables, and cold meats.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame
oil, and ginger. Just before serving, stir in the cilantro and chile
oil.
