Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Vegetable oil 1 ts Salt
1/4 c Soy sauce 1 tb Pepper
1/2 c Vinegar 2 ts Fresh parsley -- chopped
1/3 c Lemon juice 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Hot pepper sauce --
2 tb Dry mustard Optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender container or food processor.
Puree until parsley is finely minced. Can be used as a marinade or
baste for beef or game. Yield: 2-1/2 cups
