Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Serves 8
8 ea Boneless, skinless chicken
-breasts
1/4 c Ancho Chili Sauce
------------------------SESAME CRUST-----------------------------
1 c Sesame seeds
1/2 c Poppy seeds
1 tb Onion powder
1 tb Mustard powder
1/4 c Honey
1/2 c Tomato sauce
Method: Mix all ingredients for sesame crust with Ancho Chili Sauce.
Coat chicken breast with mixture. Cook on an olive oil-coated sheet
pan in oven at 375øF until done (approximately 10 to 15 minutes). Fan
chicken breasts and serve with warm chili pepper-infused oil.
