2 c Pepperidge Farms stuffing 1/3 c Alpine Lace fatfree
-mix -Parmesan cheese
2 ea Pk chopped spinach, cooked 1/2 t Lite salt, optional
-and drained 1/2 t Pepper
1 c Egg Beaters 1/2 t Garlic powder
1 c Liquid Butter Buds 1/2 t Thyme
Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour. Shape into one inch balls
(no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet. Store
frozen balls in a plastic bag. Bake 15 minutes at 325F, or 30 minutes
if frozen. Makes 80 balls (4 balls per serving) Per serving: 53 cal.,
0.3g fat (5%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 6g carb., 200mg sod.
