Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Water 2/3 c Rolled oats
1/4 c Apple juice 1 Dash cinnamon
1 Tart apple, diced 1 c Skim milk
Place water, juice and apples ina medium saucepan and bring to a
boil. Sitr in the rolled oats and cinnamon. Return to boil, reduce
heat and simmer until the porridge is thick. Serve hot with milk.
