Traditional Waldorf salad- 1 c Celery slices
-only this time add tiny 3/4 c Tiny marshmallows
-marshmallows and some 1/2 c Coarsely broken California
Raisins. -walnuts
6 ea Unpared red medium apples 1/3 c Seedless raisins
Lemon juice, fresh, frozen, 1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
-or canned 8 ea Lettuce cups

Core just 4 of the apples and dice; sprinkle with lemon juice to keep
color bright. Combine with celery, marshmallows, nuts, raisins and
mayonnaise. Spoon mixture into lettuce cups. Core remaining apples;
cut in 1/2-inch slices and brush with lemon juice. Form in pin wheel
atop each salad. Center with additional raisins. Makes 8 servings.
