4 ea Pork chops 1 tb Brown sugar
1 c Apple juice 1/4 c Red wine
1 tb Raisins
Brown pork chops in frying pan. Drain off fat. Add apple juice to
pork chops. evenly distribute brown sugar raisins on top of each
pork chop. Bring to boil then simmer covered for 25 to 30 minutes (
do not turn pork chops ). Add red wine simmer covered 10 to 15
minutes or until all liquid is dissolved ( gone from pan ).
