2 tb Butter or margarine 1 cn Cranberry sauce -- whole
3 ea Apples -- peeled cut chunks Berry 16 oz
1 cn Yams -- drained 23 oz 1/2 c Orange marmalade
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute apples until
crisp-tender. Place apples and yams in a greased 3 qt. casserole.
Sprinkle with the nutmeg. Combine cranberry sauce and marmalade.
spoon over yams. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 to 10
servings.
