Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
10 oz Asparagus spears, frozen 2 tb Vinegar
1/2 ts Salt 2 1/2 tb Onion, minced
1 1/2 ts Mustard, prepared 2 Eggs, hard-cooked; sliced
2 tb Oil, salad
Cook asparagus according to package directions; drain, and place in a
flat dish. Combine all ingredients except eggs and pour over
asparagus; chill 2 hours. Drain and serve with slices of hard-cooked
egg.
