2 Oranges; peeled sectioned 1/2 c Basil; shredded
2 Avocados; sliced lengthwise 1/2 Red onion; thinly sliced
20 Black olives; chopped
Prepare all the ingredients but don't peel the avocado until right
before assembling the salad. Arrange the orange sections, avocado
slices, onion and olives on a large serving platter or individual
plates. Sprinkle with the basil. Drizzle with a bottled oil and
vinegar dressing. One serving (including dressing) is 210 calories
