Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 ea Bacon slices 1 c Sour cream
18 ea Eggs 1/4 c Green onions -- sliced
1 c Milk 1 ts Salt
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese -- 4 1/2 ts Pepper
oz Chopped

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain.
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, cheese, sour cream, onions,
salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Crumble
bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325 deg. for 40 to 45
min. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let
stand for 5 min. Yield: 8-10 servings.
