Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 lb Bacon, cooked and crumpled 4 ea Eggs
1 ea Pastry for single crust pie 1 1/2 c Sour cream
(9 inch) 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
2 c Shredded swiss cheese

Roll pastry to fit into a 12" pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees F for
five minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust. In a bowl
beat eggs,sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza. Bake
for 20-25 minutes or until pizza is fluffy and lightly browned.
