How much to buy: 1/2-lb per serving less for boneless Cooking: Place ham
fat side up in shallow roasting pan. Place thermometer in thickest part.
Do not cover - roast 325 deg. Whole 10-14 lbs 3 to 4 1/2 hrs, Half
5-7 lbs 1 3/4 to 3 hrs, Shank 3-4 lbs 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hrs
When done: 160 deg on thermometer. Glazes: See brown sugar and/or
pineapple glaze.
