Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Eggs 4 oz Mozerello cheese..Optional
Milk to 2 cups (with eggs) 1 1/2 c Elbow macaroni
4 oz Cheddar cheese..grated Salt pepper and marg.
Beat eggs in 2 cup measuring cup - add milk to make 2 cups.
In Corning ware dish...layer noodles, grated cheese, salt/pepper and
2 or 3 pats of margarine. Add milk/egg mixture.
Bake on high for 20 minutes. Stop at 10 mins and pull away from
sides -
so mixture will cook evenly.
