4 c Milk 1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Unsalted butter, in pieces 4 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c Grits 1 1/2 oz Parmesan cheese
1 ts Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring milk to boil. Add butter and
stir to melt. Gradually blend in grits, stirring constantly. Remove
grits from heat and add salt, pepper and cheeses. Beat with electric
mixer for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole
and bake for 1 hour. Serves 8.
