3/4 c Heavy Cream
2 tb Almond Flavored -- (Or
Other) Liqueur
1 Frozen lb Cake -- (Thawed),
Cut Into Three Layers,
Lengthwise
2 md -Ripe Bananas -- ,Peeled And
Sliced
2 tb Sliced Almonds -- Or Chopped
Nuts
In medium bowl beat cream and liqueur until soft peaks form. Place
bottom layer of pound cake on serving platter. Spread 1/3 of cream
mixture on layer; top with half the banana slices. Repeat with
remaining layers, ending with whipped cream. Sprinkle with almonds.
