4 Lg. boneless chicken breasts Season salt, pepper to taste
12 sl Cheddar cheese Bisquick
12 sl Deli ham (very thin sliced)
Servings: 12
QUAN MEAS ING **
*DIRECTIONS*
Cut the chicken breasts into three portions each. Salt and pepper
them and roll them in Bisquick. Fry in hot oil, turning frequently,
until done. Drain the oil and place a slice of ham, then a slice of
cheese on top of each slice. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
